Precision Development Group Limited was created with a simple ambition: to provide the personal service of a trusted local builder without compromising on planning, delivery or finish.
Our background
We believe clients should know who is responsible for their project, receive honest communication and feel confident that the details will not be ignored once the main construction work is complete. Our aim is to build a reputation project by project, through work that clients are proud to recommend.
Precision Development Group Limited is a building and renovation company working across Solihull and the wider West Midlands. Our founder started on site at fourteen, working alongside his father, and moved through renovations, property trading and formal qualifications into site management.
Before setting up the company he worked on large-scale projects with MV Kelly and on specialist electrical and fibre subcontracting across hospital sites. That background shapes how we run jobs today: careful planning, one point of contact, and honest updates when something changes.
Today the company handles complete projects — extensions, renovations, conversions and external works — as well as individual trades work. The founder remains involved in every job, so you are dealing with someone who knows the detail of your project rather than a call centre.
We may not be the biggest company in the industry, but that is part of our strength. Every project matters to us, every detail is noticed and every completed space carries our name.

One point of contact
You deal with the same person from the first site visit to handover, rather than being passed between trades.
Written quotations
Quotations set out what is included, what is assumed and what is excluded, so you can compare fairly and there are fewer surprises.
Changes agreed first
If we find something unexpected — drainage, structure, damp — we stop, explain the options and agree the change in writing before continuing.

Insurance and credentials
Fully insured for domestic and commercial building work. Certificates are available on request before work starts.
Where a project needs certified work — gas, electrical or structural sign-off — it is carried out by an appropriately qualified trade and the relevant certificates are handed over at completion.
How a project runs
The same six stages apply whether the job is a bathroom or a two-storey extension.

Initial enquiry
Tell us what you are planning by phone, email or the enquiry form. We will confirm whether the work is something we can take on and what happens next.

Site visit
We visit the property, look at the existing structure and access, and talk through what you want to achieve and any constraints.

Written quotation
You receive a written quotation setting out the work included, the materials assumed and anything excluded, so you can compare it fairly.
- 04
Project planning
We agree a start date, order long-lead materials, arrange trades and confirm any drawings, building control or party wall requirements.
- 05
Construction and updates
Work is managed on site with one point of contact. If unexpected work is identified, we stop, explain it and agree the change with you in writing before continuing.
- 06
Completion and handover
We walk through the finished work with you, deal with any snags and hand over relevant certificates and paperwork.
